For the improvement of a country, it needs to be clean and healthy. India is a developing country. Everyone here is focused on improving themselves that they do not give proper attention to their health. Because of unhealthy eating habits, alcohol, drugs and lack of physical activity, lifestyle diseases like heart disease, stroke, obesity, diabetes (type 2) among these is the one of the major disease i.e. kidney failure which cover a major portion of patients in India. Kidney failure can be divided into two categories: acute kidney failure and chronic kidney failure. Dialysis procedure does function of kidney . Dialysis treatment purifies and filters the blood with the help of a machine. With rapid increase in chronic kidney failure in India it is important to provide with sufficient sources, doctors and equipment. There are many government and private organizations that are active towards the following purpose. 

7 Med India Pvt ltd deals with healthcare services. Its Kidney Care Center which caters the needs of renal services. It was established in year 2013 by Dr. Rakesh Thakur, Mr. Mayank Sharma and Mr Vikas Verma. The core of the centers is providing best facilities to the patients. Their motto being “PATIENT FIRST” There are different services provided by 7 Med India Pvt ltd such as Kidney Diet Counselling,  Hemodialysis services, Patient Care Program, etc. 

It is said that an investment made in knowledge pays the best interest. My internship in 7 Med India provided me the knowledge and experience of office environment. For an employee to be most productive, the working environment plays an important role. 7 Med India also focuses on the employee engagement activity for a better work relationship. we also get exposure at dialysis centers to have  complete experience of work culture. They provide qualified mentors who guide the details of the work.

 As an intern at this place I would like to say that it’s almost the end of the duration of internship but the curiosity I developed here will take me to another journey. While working at this place I learnt how to become responsible and put my skills at work.

For the future interns, I would like to add the words of Albert Einstein “In the middle of difficulty, lies opportunity.” So let the gate of eagerness be open and show receptive character in order to grab the right set of circumstances.
